All personal information - both identifying and your personal history, facts or opinions shared during one on one coaching is held in strict confidence.

During group workshops (in person and online), and retreats, participants are required to sign an agreement to keep all personal information of others strictly confidential.

In addition, group participants are encouraged to share only personal information that they are comfortable sharing in the group context.
